Trust your Realtor

Most often when showing prospective buyers they give me a prioritized list of their criteria. In the end when we find the home they want to buy it just doesn't quite fit the list they gave me up front. I listen intently as a buyer's agent as we go through the process in order to find exactly what they say they are looking for.
