Do you ever wonder why Lake levels get so low on Lake Hartwell from time to time? Rumors fly all of the time and some of them are absolutely ridiculous. I really think people just like to create "Shock Value". WYFF 4 did a great information piece on Lake Hartwell this year for its 50th anniversary.
